The Double Cone Blender consists of a double-cone shaped vessel (two cones joined at their bases through a cylindrical mid-section) mounted on a horizontal rotation shaft. The vessel rotates on its axis, driven by a gearbox and motor. Product inside the vessel tumbles with a gentle rolling, folding, and cross-blending action as it moves from one cone to the other through the cylinder — creating a highly efficient, low-shear blend without particle fracture or overheating.
